What are the welding methods for aluminum trusses?

- Nov 27, 2018 -

The aluminum truss welds are not strong, which is directly related to the welding method of the truss itself. So what is its welding method?

Welding method 1: manual arc method. The biggest feature of this method is that the detail processing is very delicate, and this is directly related to the manual processing. However, in the process of welding, it takes a lot of time and effort, and for the manufacturer, the labor costs invested are still relatively large. There can be no flashes when soldering. There are a lot of ways to do this without the original method, but some of the more demanding collaborators will come up with the need for manual arc machining. Mostly because of the exquisiteness of the manual arc method and the perfect details.

Welding method 2: automatic welding method. The biggest feature of this welding method is that it can complete the welding work in a short time. Our staff only needs to control the equipment to complete the welding work of the truss. The success rate is also very high. However, there is no better welding method for the first aspect of detail processing. The staff is required to perform the second treatment in the later work. Although the time is saved, the overall processing method is also very troublesome.

Welding method 3: Many manufacturers now use protective gas welding methods when producing trusses. This method is very technically demanding, but the quality of welding is also proportional to the technology.
